Birth: Mar. 10, 2004
Death: May 29, 2009,

Little Sam was born fit and healthy but was left paralysed from the neck down after a horrific car crash whilst being driven by his Japanese born mother Kazumi in July 2005.
His dad Neil, 34, and Kazumi, 44, gave up their jobs to look after him full time and had their £1.5million farm house converted into a "mini hospital" to look after the tot.
However little Sam passed away on Friday and his distraught parents could not bear to live without him. They jumped over the 500ft high cliffs to their deaths.
A Bath and North East Somerset NHS spokesman said the tragic tot had been receiving treatment for pneumococcal meningitis at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children.
He said: "When it became clear that Sam had no hope of recovery from his severe infection, he was discharged to his family home on Friday at his parents' request, to die peacefully.
`"He was certified dead at his family home by a doctor at approximately 8pm that evening."
A fundraising website called Stuff4Sam said the lad was in hospital for nine months following the car accident.
It said the youngster was left paralysed from the neck down and required equipment to help him breathe.
The family's bodies were recovered on Monday by coastguard Stuart McNab but it was only when he looked in one of two rucksacks that he realised that a child's body was inside.
The other rucksack was full of Sam's favourite toys including teddy bears and a tractor.
Neighbours in the tight knit hamlet of Brokerswood, Wilts, where the three lived, spoke of their devastation at the news today and of the devotion of the couple to their quadriplegic son.
One said: "They cared for that little boy 150 per cent and tried to make his life as happy as they could. They didn't hide him away and tried to make every day fun for him."
The youngster was a regular sight in his motorised wheelchair going out for walks with mother and father and their pet Labrador and there were regular kiddies parties at the farm.
Another neighbour, who asked not to be named, said: "They loved Sam so much but always felt a guilt that he was left in such a terrible state when he was once a normal healthy baby.
"When he died I guess it must have been just too much for them to go on alone without him.
"I cannot stop crying just thinking about the despair they must have been in when they decided to end it all. I just pray they are all together in Heaven reunited and happy again."
Little Samuel George's parents are believed to have driven the 140miles to Beachy Head in Eastbourne, Sussex, with Sam inside a rucksack then parked their VW caravanette close to the cliff tops.
They walked the 100 yards to a 500ft high peak with Neil carrying his son and Kazumi carrying his toys and then jumped off together.
A Coastguard patrol spotted the couple's bodies at 8.20pm on Sunday but decided it was too dangerous with darkness falling to try and retrieve them until Monday morning.
The macabre discovery of little Sam inside was then made by shocked coastguard Mr McNab.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: "This is being treated as a family tragedy and there are no suspicious circumstances or evidence of any criminal behaviour in what is a very sad situation."
A bunch of white lilies had been placed on the Puttick's front door today.
Another neighbour revealed that the Puttick's had converted a large area of their home to look after their son along with accommodation for carers who were with him day and night.
He said: "In the circumstances Sam had the best of everything in his short and very tragic little life. His parents were lovely people and this is the saddest thing I have ever heard of."

*♥~†~ONLY THE BEST~†♥*
A heart of gold stopped beating two shining eyes at rest, god broke our hearts to prove he only takes the best, god knows you had to leave us, but you did not go a lone for part of us went with you the day he took you home to some you are forgotten to others just a part of the past but to us who have loved and lost you the memory will always last.

I read everything in the papers, and on the internet about this poor family. God rest them all. It was a tragedy that they lost their son. How are we to say they were wrong?
How many of us say we can not live without our children?
Sleep tight everyone.....you are at peace now, and together xxxx
